Their problem turned into my problem….

because they were in the room with me….

It totally threw my next day OFF….

Then, I attempted to got to bed at 3pm….

because I could no longer stand…..

yet couldn’t fall asleep until 10pm….

I’ve gotta let what I’ve done GO……

and set up boundaries….

I couldn’t stand the behavior…

I couldn’t wait to get away from it….

Yet, I needed to see it….

There are things I need to QUIT doing….

Now I see how my behavior looks to others….
